Well here is what I've done in 4.5 hrs. I really can't seem to find anything left to work on since all I would be doing to move points around. Still C&C is appreciated!!!

Hey Luke, You improving! Now I'm not going to pussy foot.
The Nose- You need to really look at the shape of the nose and look the volume of the skin around the nostrils, they kind of plump up a little bit.
Mouth- The lips need some juice in them dude. Find a profile image (not just the freedom of teach rotoscopes) and look at the shape they have they are very curvy and plump under the sharp edge where they start. Also the over all shape of the lips needs some over hauling from the front view even men have very curvy lips. The Skin that comes out a little under your nose is smaller then you are showing. It can bring your mouth area together a bit. Feel your own face when modeling to see how things work and flow.
Eyes- the whole socket needs to be brought back a little to define the cheek bone a little more. After making that same mistake a few times last semester I see it more. Put a Sphere in there and for the eye lids around the eye ball and give a bit of a lip for the lower eye lid.
Ears- they stick out kind of oddly I don't know if it's suposed to look kind of odd or not but it's a little flow breaking when looking at the model.
Over all I think your mesh needs to be cleaned up. I know it's a drill but getting into the habit of cleaning your mesh is good! Every time you add geometry round the shape and clean your loops just like Tareq Mirza or how ever he spells it says. Stick with your rotoscope the whole way through the process to keep volumes and positions of important facial features inline. and Don't just rely on the rotoscope have lots of reference other wise of many different shaped faces.
I'm just trying to help sorry if I seem like a dick.
Good luck Luke,
